Today at food delivery we were blessed to bring along our sweet friends who are both OBGYNs here in Guatemala.
They help deliver all of our Village of Hope adolescent mothers babies and also Dr. Sara is on our Village of Hope Guatemalan board. We LOVE them.
We brought in a table and they brought their sonogram machine, we borrowed a room and all of the pregnant mothers were checked for the first time. Not one of them have had any prenatal care at all. They were also able to check in on Danny and are making some contacts here to figure out his care.
It felt like there were more family this week and they tried their hardest to social distance.
We loved hanging out and visiting our friends building relationships and Ronald even got in a game of soccer afterwards with some of the little boys.
Thank you again to all of you who have come along side of us- and along side these families to bring them hope in the middle of these difficult times. We sure are grateful for you- and so are they.
