Application Form
*We ask that your Team Leader fill out an application FIRST and return it to Lifesong for Orphans. Once the team leader is approved, he/she will be responsible for having the rest of the team fill out their applications.
Someone from Lifesong for Orphans will be in contact with you within 2 weeks of application.
Prayer for our families
